Designed by Saar Zafrir, the project applies biophilic architectural principles—incorporating natural materials, open layouts, and smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Each apartment is thoughtfully planned for functionality and comfort, constructed to HKCY Properties’ established standards of quality and design. Residents have access to a comprehensive range of on-site facilities, including a Spa & Wellness Center with recovery ice baths and hydrotherapy, a fitness studio, professional padel courts, and a modern co-working space tailored for remote professionals.

A short 6-minute drive away is Alaminos Beach - a quiet, bay-shaped beach voted the most beautiful and accessible beach in Larnaca.
